NEA AWARDS presents THIS IS AFRICA POP-UP & BRUNCH produced by OF A KIND CREATIVES on November 10th in Washington, DC. THIS IS AFRICA POP-UP & BRUNCH will feature 4-6 non competing vendors who will set-up shop in our venue for the event. If you’re interested read through the additional details below and fill out our vendor application.
In order to create an intimate brunch and shopping atmosphere for shoppers and vendors alike, we will be inviting 4-6 Vendors to participate only. To be considered as a vendor you must have in-stock inventory to sell. I am sorry, but we will not be accepting catalog sales or any businesses that do not have inventory on hand for the event.
You will be provided with a table and chairs or other display area where you can set-up. We will do our best to accommodate each vendor’s specific display needs.
WHEN & WHERE:
This is Africa pop-up and brunch will be held in Washington, DC. There is no cover charge for attendance. Guest can attend by claiming free tickets at neapopup.eventbrite.com
What types of vendors are you NOT looking for? We do not accept applications for vendors that sell, imported ‘faux’ crafts and designer knock-offs. There are other shows for these items.
When is set up? Set up begins at 8:30 am. All vendors are required to be set up from 10am -3pm. We do not permit early break down in the middle of our event.
Power and WIFI is available at no additional cost fee
We do not provide rolling racks, extension cords or a house elf to set up your space.
What type of vendors are you looking for? Maybe you! We are seeking:
Vendors for all categories of vintage goods; housewares, clothing, shoes, collectibles, etc.
Artists who make and sell their own original art work; painters, print makers, jewelers, etc.
Craftspeople who make and sell original crafts – high quality candles and soaps, pots and clay work, woven crafts, wood crafts, original knitted items, original sewn items, etc.
Designers and graphic artists who sell their work on items they don’t make themselves; original artwork on tees, bags, cards, etc. especially NC-themed items
Locally-based small businesses that sell the above and want to be part of the Pop-Up experience; galleries and boutiques
